The following fees apply immediately upon registration:

• Registration:
  • Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to conference
  • $50 fee if cancelled between 30 to 7 days prior to conference
  • Refund is at the discretion of planning committee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to start of conference. Send e-mail justification to support@meetingsbydesign.com for review.
• Hotel Reservation:
  • Cancel at least 72 hours prior to check-in date to avoid penalties. E-mail questions to support@meetingsbydesign.com.
