2010 National KP Geriatrics & Palliative Care Conference
The following fees apply immediately upon registration:
- Registration:
- Full refund if canceled more than 60 days prior to conference
- $75 fee if canceled between 59 to 30 days prior to conference
- Refund is at the discretion of planning committee if canceled less than 7 days prior to start of conference. Send e-mail justification to support@meetingsbydesign.com for review.
- Hotel Reservation:
- Cancel at least 1 week prior to check-in date to avoid penalties. Hotel changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to Meetings by Design at support@meetingsbydesign.com. Please do not contact the hotel to make changes to your reservation prior to the conference as they will not be able to assist you.
