Registration fees are payable by credit card only.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.    To register for the conference, select an option at the bottom of this page.   Cancellation Policy To cancel your registration, please send an e-mail with your name and daytime phone number to info@mbdmeetings.com to request a refund.  There is a $35 cancellation fee per registration.    Registration is non-refundable after November 3.
