2010 Kaiser Permanente National Gastroenterology Conference
The following fees apply immediately upon registration:
- Registration:
- Full refund if canceled more than 60 days prior to conference
- $75 fee if canceled between 59 to 30 days prior to conference
- Refund is at the discretion of planning committee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to start of conference. Send e-mail justification to support@meetingsbydesign.com for review.
- Hotel Reservation:
- Cancel at least 1 week prior to check-in date to avoid penalties. E-mail questions to support@meetingsbydesign.com.
