The following fees apply immediately upon registration:

• Registration:
  • Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to conference
  • $75 fee if cancelled between 59 to 30 days prior to conference
  • Refund is at the discretion of planning committee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to start of conference. Send e-mail justification to support@meetingsbydesign.com for review.
• Hotel Changes:
  • No charge for upgrades
  • $50 per change plus hotel penalties
• Hotel Cancellation:
  • 30 - 60 days prior to conference: 2 nights room charge plus tax
  • 29 - 0  days prior to conference, and no shows: full stay plus tax will be charged 
• Credit Card Chargebacks
  • $50 for chargebacks to credit card

Every year unplanned emergencies force some conference attendees to cancel at the last minute, forfeiting the entire cost of their hotel package.
