The following fees apply immediately upon registration:

• Registration:
  • Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to conference
  • $75 fee if cancelled between 60 to 30 days prior to conference
  • Refund is at the discretion of planning committee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to start of conference. Send e-mail justification to support@meetingsbydesign.com for review.
• Hotel Reservation:
  • Cancel at least 96 hours prior to check-in date to avoid penalties. E-mail questions to support@meetingsbydesign.com.
